TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LENGTH OF THE LESSONS
A lesson of 1 unit lasts 55 minutes;
A lesson of 2 units lasts 1 hour and 55 minutes;
A lesson of 3 units lasts 3 hours. A lesson of 4 units lasts 4 hours;
A lesson of 5 units lasts 5 hours.

2. PAYMENT
All courses (with the exception of the free trials) must be paid within 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

3.CANCELLATIONS
A scheduled lesson may be canceled by e-mail (to: info@arnix.it) , without loss of credit, within 24 hours (48 hours for lessons scheduled on Mondays) before the agreed start of the lesson. Cancellation is valid only with confirmation from: info@arnix.it.

4. "NO-SHOW"
Where the client does not appear for a lesson, which has been prearranged, this lesson will be billed in full.

5. COURSE DURATION
All paid units or courses must be taken within 8 months following the payment date. After this date, the number of the remaining units will be adjusted in accordance with the price list valid at that time.

6. INTERRUPTIONS
If, in case of unforeseen circumstances, a student is obliged to interrupt the course, he or she may transfer the remaining units to another person. Failing this solution, the student may be refunded 85% of the remaining credit.

7. COPYRIGHT
All information on Arnix's website is protected by copyright. It is illegal to infringe any of the intellectual property rights associated with the layout, design, branding of any course advertised. Use of Arnix's website does not constitute a license to use in any way the word Arnix and the Arnix logo. All content, designs, text, graphics, software compilations, underlying source codes, and other graphic arrangements together with the compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on Arnix's website are the copyright of Arnix. Permission is granted to consumers to download and print one copy of the website for their own personal, non-commercial, use. Any other use of the website including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content of the website without prior written consent from Arnix is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to create and/or publish a database that features substantial parts of the website without Arnix's prior written consent.

8. PRIVACY
Personal information provided by Arnix's users is only used to supply the service requested and will not be disclosed to third parties. All data will be handled securely and confidentially and Arnix strives to protect data against loss, misuse and alteration. Arnix's website does not store cookies on user's hard drive.

9. LIABILITY
Arnix does not store cookies on the user's hard drive and does not require the installation of additional software. For these reasons, Arnix is not responsible for any problem or damage may occur to the user's computer during the navigation of the site or during a lesson.

10. GENERAL
Any item or service that it is not listed in the course description is considered not included and subject to separate negotiation .
