BASILICATA (or LUCANIA)
Basilicata (or Lucania) is a region of southern Italy. It covers an extensive part of the southern Apennines
and the 92% of its area is covered by mountains and hills.
Basilicata has one short south-western coastline on the Tyrrhenian Sea, between Campania and Calabria , and a longer one to the south-east on the Jonian Sea.
